Due to my mother has this problem for years. She always blanks out alot.

She was always so frustrated with herself not remembering this and that.

Some Advices below is what she does and some i found solutions from sourcing the sites of possible links to this Blank.

Why It Occurs:

Anxiety – lot of stress can cause a lot of anxiety, especially when you are judged, or emotional or worrying that you might say something wrong.

Depression – feel at a loss and helpless, you may think of too much ideas and cannot focus on what you want to say.

Fear – fear something bad will happen if you blank out alot.

Lack of Sleep – Sleep deprivation can lower your alertness and concentration levels, making it difficult to focus and increasing the chance of mind blank.

TMJ – bite issue can cause your sleep to snore, leading to less oxygen in brain, Recommend to fix.

Diabetes – can cause brain fog, memory problem

Temporary Solutions: 

Breathe: take a deep breathe, inhale in and out, to give your brain oxygen needed to relax.

Count: count 1-10 and image the numbers in writing out in brain

Imagine: look at a object/item or something, pay attention to the details, and image it figure, shape and color. Do this often.

Train: have something to do, play some mental games like: Sudoku & etc

Emotions: control yourself, make yourself HAPPY Everyday. If you are upset or concern of something, jot it down on paper, and think about it. 

Meditate: 

May decrease stress. It can also improve  symptoms of stress-related conditions, including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and fibromyalgia.

Improve Memory: better focus through regular meditation may increase memory and mental clarity. These benefits can help fight age-related memory loss and dementia.

Increased Attention: Helps with attention span, allowing you to stay focused longer.

Enchanted Willpower: Meditation develops the mental discipline needed to avoid unhelpful habits.

Better Sleep: can help shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and improve sleep quality.

Lower blood pressure: Blood pressure decreases during meditation and over time in people who meditate regularly. This can reduce strain on the heart and blood vessels and help prevent heart disease.

Less Anxiety: Regular meditation helps reduce anxiety. It can also help with mental health issues like social anxiety, fears and obsessive-compulsive behaviors.

Less Depression: Meditation can help reduce the occurrence of depression.

Greater Compassion: Meditation can help you better understand yourself, find your best self, and increase positive feelings and actions toward others.
