As a Person who previously Experienced 16+ year Family owned Restaurant
Look for this:
- How are the Menu Priced.
- How is the ratio of supply cost of vegetable & meat.
- How much they make per day.
- How many people working.
- How much you pay for workers
- Do they Deliver. [Higher Expenses, need hire = expensive]
- What Type of Restaurant: is it a Family Restaurant, Buffet, Deliver.
- Do they give free stuff for a certain amount of price. [harder work if does)
- Is everything working: like refrigerator, AC, & etc.
- If they let: look at food delivery paper cost per week for supplies, and look at electric bills, gas bills. = You can estimate how much they make. [This part really is a Experienced person who owned a restaurant or own similar can estimate.]
- Last of All: after all expenses, how much profit is made.
