Apples – (My Personal Experience)

Cosmic Crisp – 4.6
cross between Honeycrisp and Enterprise apples
Pros: less sweet
Cons: Starch: 3.5, if its a little less starchy = ok

Honey Crisp – 4.5 Star
Pros: less sweet than Fuji & Gaia, but still a little too sweet, 
Cons: little sour & little softer than Fuji 

Fuji Apple – 4 Star
Pros: taste good if not too sweet
Cons: too sweet

Gaia Apple – 4 Star
Pros: good tasting, 2nd to Fuji
Cons: too sweet

Red Delicious Apple – 2.5 Star
Cons: starchy, mushy, too much skin, mild sweet, & eating a few more bites = Way too sweet, but not to my taste.
\/ – NO BUY, next time.

Granny Smith – 3 Star
Pros: just right sweet, very tiny bites are pretty good,
Cons: little too sour after taste
Note: add to to bread & it just right taste.

TIPS:

MILK Neutralize sour fruit. & make sweet fruit taste better
